French-style meat is an ideal hot dish that is suitable for both everyday and festive menus. It can be cooked in the oven, in a frying pan, or even in the microwave – choose the cooking method that suits you best. In any case, the dish is prepared in a matter of minutes, it turns out to be flavorful and very juicy.

Food blogger Kateryna (katyamull) shared a recipe for French-style meat with mushrooms in a pan on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet
  • onion onions
  • hard cheese
  • cream cheese
  • mushrooms
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the pan.

2. Cut the meat into pieces. Lightly beat it with a kitchen hammer.

3. Salt and pepper the meat.

4. Cut the onion into rings. Put in a frying pan.

5. On the onion put the meat and grease it with cream cheese.

6. Cut the mushrooms and put them on top of the meat. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

7. As soon as the meat will let the juice, increase the heat and sprinkle the meat with cheese. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
