Recipe for meatloaf with spinach and nuts

If you want to make a delicious meat dish, choose lean meat, such as veal. It goes well with herbs, spices, garlic, and cream. It can be cooked in the oven, in the sleeve, or on the grill.

Chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious meatloaf with spinach and nuts on his website.

Ingredients:

  • veal – 600 g
  • spinach – 80 g
  • capers – 1 tbsp
  • hazelnuts – 100 g
  • sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into a thin layer and beat off well with a cooking hammer, then season with salt and pepper.

2. Chop the nuts and capers and mix them thoroughly in a separate bowl.

3. Wash and dry the spinach well.

4. Put it on the meat and nuts with capers, roll it up, and brush with oil.

5. Wrap the roll in foil and place it on a baking sheet, put it in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.

6. Allow the finished roll to cool completely and then cut it into thin slices.
