Ingredients:

  • bell peppers - 20 pcs. (large ones, about 10 pcs.)
  • oil - 30 g + for baking

Sauce:

  • feta - 100 g
  • yogurt or cream without additives - 50 g
  • honey - 40 g
  • garlic - 1 small clove
  • thyme - a pinch
  • chili pepper flakes
  • cilantro for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Bake the peppers until they are soft (about 15 minutes) but keep their shape.

2. Put them in a bowl hot and cover with cling film. Make a few holes and leave them to cool. This will help you remove the pepper seeds better.

3. For the feta mousse, combine feta, yogurt, honey, garlic, thyme and 30 g of oil and blend.
