How to make no-bake buns in minutes

These buns will be a great option if you need to feed a large family quickly. They are hearty, fluffy, and very easy to prepare. This dough does not need to be baked in the oven, so you can simply fry the dish in a pan.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • flour - 500 g
  • butter - 50 g
  • dry yeast - 12 g
  • natural yogurt (or sour cream) - 150 g
  • milk - 130 g
  • salt, sugar

Ingredients for the filling:

  • minced meat - 400 g
  • zucchini - 1/2 pc
  • bell pepper - 1 pc
  • onion - 1 pc
  • tomato paste or ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • salt, pepper, smoked paprika, herbs to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into small cubes, add spices and fry in a pan with minced meat. Add tomato paste at the end. Set aside to cool.

2. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.

3. Sift the flour, add salt, yogurt or sour cream, melted butter and milk.

4. Mix well and knead the dough. Form into a ball and leave under a towel for 15 minutes.

5. Roll out the dough and cut out circles using a mold or glass. The size does not matter.

6. Place a spoonful of the filling on each piece and pinch at the top. Flatten lightly.

7. Fry in a dry pan over medium heat on both sides under a lid for about 10 minutes.

8. They can be served both warm or chilled and go perfectly with garlic sauce.
