30-minute dinner: recipe for a hearty avocado and bean salad
You don't have to be Jamie Oliver to cook dinner in half an hour. Anyone can cope with this task if they want. Today we are going to tell you how to make avocado, bean, and tomato salad, which is very hearty and nutritious due to the protein in beans and vegetable fats in avocados (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
- ripe avocado - 2 pcs
- large ripe tomato - 1 pc
- red onion - 1 pc
- canned beans - 1 can
- cilantro or parsley - a few sprigs
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- lime - 1 pc
- garlic - 1 clove
- salt and pepper - to taste
- Peel the garlic and chop it with a knife or pass it through a press. Mix with olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Drain the beans, rinse them and put them in a large bowl. Add diced avocado, tomato and onion, as well as finely chopped cilantro or parsley.
- Pour the dressing over and mix.
