Ingredients
- Lemon zest – 1 piece
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Basil
- Salt
Method of preparation
1. Put all ingredients except salt in a blender bowl and grind.

2. Add salt and grind everything thoroughly again.
3. Transfer the mixture to a dry frying pan and turn on low heat.
Dry the salt.

4. Dry the salt for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a jar with a lid.

5. Put the salt in a container with a lid.
