To make barbecue meat healthy for the body, it does not need to be marinated a day before cooking and forget about kefir and mayonnaise.
This was exclusively told to OBOZREVATEL by Oleksandra Kyrylenko, a nutritionist and head of the Scientific Council of the Association of Nutritionists of Ukraine.
"The most incorrect marinade is kefir or other fermented dairy products. You can't leave meat marinating for a day, because all the complete proteins and iron lose their structure and useful properties, and you get a useless product," the nutritionist said.
