The most classic lunch option is, of course, soup. The dish is highly nutritious and can be combined with many different ingredients. In addition to traditional vegetables and herbs, be sure to add red fish and cheese – the taste will pleasantly surprise you.

The idea of preparing a cheese soup with red fish for a hearty lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Daria Vistovska (vistovska cooking). The number of ingredients can be adjusted to your liking.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes
  • carrot
  • onion
  • fish
  • cherry, broccoli
  • cream cheese
  • favorite greens
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the carrots and onions.

2. Add potatoes and spices.

3. Fill with hot water.

4. Cook for 10 minutes.

5. Add cheese, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes (can be replaced with other favorite vegetables).

6. Cook for another 10 minutes or so.

7. Add the fish 5 minutes before cooking.

8. Sprinkle with your favorite herbs at the end.
