Fish balls without frying or baking: how to prepare a dietary dish
It turns out that traditional balls can be made not only from meat but also from fish. They are no less tasty, but most importantly, they are dietary and quite satisfying. Moreover, fish balls do not need to be fried or baked as they can be simply boiled.
A recipe for fish balls that don't need to be fried or baked was published on one of the culinary blogs (ka_va1017) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- fish - 500 g
- flour - 50 g
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- hard cheese - 20 g
- salt, spices
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the fish and remove all bones.
2. Beat the fish meat.
3. Add flour, oil and spices. Mix well.
4. The resulting mass can be divided into 2 parts if desired: add greens to one part and grated cheese to the other.
5. Form the balls.
6. Cook the balls in salted water for 5-10 minutes.
