Zucchini pancakes with a secret: what to add to make the dish more delicious

Zucchini pancakes are a real summer hit. The dish is quite budget-friendly, light, and doesn't take much time to prepare. But to diversify the menu and make the classic version more satisfying, you should add sausage and cheese. And baking powder will make the pancakes fluffy.
The idea of cooking zucchini pancakes with sausage and cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maryna with the nickname marisha_recepti.
Ingredients:
- medium zucchini – 1 pc
- processed cheese – 1 pc
- flour – 2-3 tbsp
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp
- boiled sausage – 50 g
- eggs –1 pc
- greens
- salt and pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt, and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Finely chop the greens.
3. Grate the processed cheese.
4. Squeeze the zucchini from the juice.
5. Add sausage, cheese, herbs, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
6. Add the flour and mix well again.
7. Fry the pancakes in a little oil on both sides over medium heat.
