Breakfast in 10 minutes: cheese flatbreads with herbs

Today we are sharing a recipe for lazy khachapuri with cheese and herbs. They are as simple as possible to prepare, can be eaten for breakfast, and can also be taken to work as a snack.
- kefir – 300 ml
- suluguni – 200 g
- egg – 1 pc
- flour – 100 g
- mixed greens (dill, parsley, green onions) – 1 bunch
- salt, pepper – to taste
- baking soda – 0.5 tsp
- oil – for frying
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Wash, dry, and finely chop the herbs with a knife.
- In a bowl, mix the egg, kefir, baking soda, and flour so that there are no lumps. You can mix with a whisk or use a blender. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
- Add cheese and herbs to the dough, salt and pepper. Mix with a spoon.
- Pour portions into a greased frying pan and fry like pancakes until golden brown on both sides. You should get fluffy cakes.
