The easiest cookie dough you can make in 15 minutes
Sometimes you want to eat homemade fragrant cookies and feel the smell that makes your home feel cozy and peaceful. But this desire may disappear as soon as you remember how much work you have to do with the dough to make the cookies really tasty.
In order not to kill the desire to make a wonderful dessert at home, chef Nigella Lawson told the BBC the perfect recipe for cookie dough. She claims that it takes only 15 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
- Flour – 150 gr
- Fine sea salt – ½ tsp
- Baking soda – ½ tsp
- Soft unsalted butter – 110 g
- Brown sugar – 85 gr
- Vanilla extract
- Egg – 1 pc
- Dark chocolate – 170 g
Method of preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until creamy.

3. Add the vanilla extract and egg. Mix until smooth.
4. Add the dry ingredients and mix again.
5. Add the chocolate and mix.
6. Divide the dough into equal parts and form cookies.

7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes.
8. After cooking, let the cookies cool for 10 minutes.
