1. Cheesecakes with rice flour and without sugar
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Mash the cottage cheese well in a bowl, add the egg, and flour, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Form the cottage cheese pancakes with your hands, fry them in a dry frying pan without oil, or you can simply put them on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven.
2. Cheesecakes with sugar and flour
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Any flour - 2 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, add the egg, and sifted flour, and mix and form the pancakes with your hands.
- You can fry them in a frying pan for 30-40 seconds on each side or immediately put them in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
3. Cheesecakes with flour and sour cream
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Grind the cottage cheese well through a sieve, add eggs, sugar, and sour cream, and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Then add the flour, mix, form the cheesecakes with your hands, fry quickly in a frying pan, and bring to readiness in the oven for about 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
