Thin pizza without rolling out the dough: how to prepare a dish in a hurry
This pizza will be a great option for a quick lunch or snack for the whole family. For the dough, you just need to mix all the necessary ingredients well, so the process will take as little time as possible. You just need to choose a delicious filling. You can use what you already have in the fridge or use the suggested option.
Food blogger Olha Holovina (olha.holovina) shared her idea for a hearty pizza on her Instagram page.
Ingredients for two large pizzas:
- flour – 460 g
- kefir – 700 ml
- eggs – 2 pcs
- baking powder – 1 tsp (or 1/2 tsp of baking soda with 1/4 tsp of vinegar)
- salt – 1 tsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
Ingredients for the filling:
- tomato sauce + provencal herbs
- sausage/ham
- hard cheese
- corn
- tomatoes
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with kefir, salt and sugar.
2. Pour the baking powder into the flour and sift it into the rest of the ingredients.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Grease a pizza mold with oil, and pour the dough into a layer of 0.5 cm.
5. Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
6. Remove the crust, brush with the sauce, put the filling, and bake for another 6-7 minutes.
