Method of preparation:
- Pre-boil the fillet. ⠀
- Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown without oil, grate the cheese. Mix chicken fillet, cheese, sour cream, and onion.
- Put the filling and roll up the pancake. ⠀
Pancakes with salmon
Lightly salted salmon - 180 g ⠀
Cottage cheese - 180 g ⠀
Method of preparation: ⠀
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve
- Spread the pancake with cottage cheese, put pieces of salmon on top. Wrap it up and cut it diagonally.
Pancakes with cheese and herbs ⠀
- Cilantro - a small bunch ⠀
- Sour cream - 1.5 tbsp
- Cheese - 130 g
Method of preparation:
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, you can also cut it into small cubes. Season with sour cream or mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly. This ingredient will help the filling to become a single whole and not fall out of the pancake.
- Wash the greens, dry them, chop finely, and add to the cottage cheese. Mix again.
