Chicken meat is a very tasty and dietary product that can be prepared in different ways: baked, barbecued, added to salads, dried, and cooked into delicious broths and soups. It is worth noting that different parts of the chicken are cooked differently, for example, soy sauce is ideal for drumsticks, which will make the meat even softer, and wings "love" kefir and honey. Chicken liver will make the most delicate pate, as well as a filling for dumplings.

Cook Tamara shared on Instagram a recipe for baked delicious, juicy, and soft chicken wings in kefir, which would be a great option for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients:

  • chicken wings – 8-10 pcs
  • kefir – 1 cup
  • Italian herbs – 1/3 tsp
  • salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the chicken wings.

2. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with spices, salt, pepper, mix well.

3. Pour the kefir over the meat and mix, leave to marinate for 1 hour, but you can bake it immediately.

4. Put the wings in a baking dish, pour the kefir on top, put in the oven, and bake at 200 C for 1 hour. You can turn the meat over during cooking.

The meat will be very juicy and tender!
