What to make seasonal ratatouille: a dietary option

The popular vegetable ratatouille can be easily made with seasonal vegetables such as eggplant and zucchini. To make the dish less caloric, use yogurt instead of the traditional tomato sauce.
Food blogger Olena Yermolenko (elena_ermolenko) shared a recipe for dietary vegetable ratatouille on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1
- eggplant - 1
- tomatoes - 5 pieces
- garlic - 3 cloves
- yogurt/mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the vegetables: zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes cut into rings.
2. Chop the garlic or pass it through a press.
3. Put the vegetables in layers in a dry baking dish. Season each layer with salt, and sprinkle with oregano and garlic.
4. Spread the top layer with yogurt or mayonnaise.
5. Bake at 180 degrees until cooked and golden brown.
