Ingredients:
- vegetable oil – 1-3 tbsp
- chicken fillet – 2 pieces
- freshly ground pepper\pepper mixture
- ginger – 1 tbsp
- garlic – 3-4 cloves
- rice – 1 cup (200 g)
- water – 2 cups
- carrot – 1 pc
- sweet pepper – 1 pc
- broccoli – 1 cup
- soy sauce – 4 tbsp
- vinegar – 1 tbsp
- honey – 1 tbsp
- red pepper (hot)
- starch – 1 tbsp
- water – 1/3 cup
Method of preparation:
1. First, heat a frying pan with oil.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the fillet by cutting it into random pieces. When the pan is hot, add the fillets and fry until they are golden brown.
3. Add freshly ground pepper/mixture of peppers to the fillet. Stir to coat.
4. Grate the ginger, chop the garlic, add to the fillet and mix.
5. Add rice and water. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil under the lid, then cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Chop the carrots and peppers. Add the vegetables and broccoli when the rice has absorbed all the moisture. Add soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and red pepper at the same time.
7. Dissolve starch in water separately and add to the dish. Cook until the water has completely evaporated.
