Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- mushrooms - 200 g
- tomato - 1 pc.
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- cheese - 100 g
- spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthwise and pound it slightly with a hammer.
2. Put in a baking dish and add your favorite spices.
3. Grease with sour cream.
4. Cut the onion in half and then break into feathers.
5. Put on top of the chicken.
6. Fry the mushrooms in advance until golden brown and put them on top of the onions.
7. Cut the tomato into thin slices and put on top of the mushrooms.
8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and add ground pepper.
9. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
