Vinaigrette in a new way: what to add to the salad for an unusual flavor

Vinaigrette is the simplest, healthiest and most budget-friendly salad. Its peculiarity is that it is based on seasonal vegetables, salt, pepper and flavored oil. Pickles and beans will add a pleasant flavor, and herring, celery, garlic, mushrooms, horseradish, and vinegar will add spice.

Tip: cut the beets separately, drizzle with oil and add them to the salad last!
Ingredients:
- beets - 3 pcs.
- potatoes - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- peas - 80 g
- pickled cucumbers - 5-6 pcs.
- marinated mushrooms - 150 g
- oil - 4-6 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar - 0.5 tbsp.
- grain mustard - 1 tbsp.
- table horseradish - 0.5 tbsp.
- garlic - 3-5 cloves.
- Salt and pepper - to taste
How to cook: ⠀
1. Boil or bake the vegetables and chop them. Bake the garlic as well.
2. Cut the onion and cucumbers into small cubes.
3. Wash the mushrooms and cut the large ones in half and leave the small ones as they are.
4. For the dressing, grate the horseradish, add the baked garlic and oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and mix.
5. Assemble the salad: put all the vegetables, peas, and mushrooms in a bowl and season with the dressing. Mix and eat.
