It often happens that varenyky stick together during cooking. This makes it very difficult to cook the products intact and attractive. Therefore, to make the dish perfect, you should use a few life hacks.
Food blogger Adriana (adri_kaaaa) shared her idea for making perfect varenyky on her Instagram page.
Life hacks to help you make perfect dumplings:
1. Cover the finished dough circles with a plastic bag.
2. To prevent the finished varenyky from sticking to the surface on which you put them (a tray or a board), cover this surface with a towel without sprinkling with flour. Just put them on the towel. And if you put them in the refrigerator, you also need to cover them with a towel.
Ingredients for the dough:
- flour - 500 g
- milk - 200 ml
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt - a pinch
- water can be used instead of milk or both 50/50
Ingredients for the filling:
- boiled potatoes - 600 g
- cottage cheese - 100 (150) g
- greens - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the ready-made dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
2. Then roll out the dough and cut out circles with a glass.
3. Put the filling on each piece and pinch.
