Thin pancakes without flour in 10 minutes: what to cook the dough on

If you don't happen to have any flour on hand, you can make classic thin pancakes without it, using just milk and eggs. Egg pancakes fry very quickly and are generally quite versatile, as they can be filled with any kind of filling: salty or sweet. In addition, they can often be found even in salads.
Food blogger Zhanna (zha457) shared a recipe for flourless pancakes on her Instagram page, as well as a variant of meat filling for them .
Ingredients:
- eggs – 4 pcs
- milk – 1.5 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Filling:
- minced meat – 300-400 g
- onion – 1 pc
- salt, pepper
Sauce:
- sour cream – 5 tbsp
- dry garlic
- hard cheese – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs and milk thoroughly until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Fry thin pancakes from the resulting mass.
3. For the filling, mix the minced meat with chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. For the sauce, mix sour cream with dry garlic.
5. Spread the filling evenly on the pancake, then put the sauce on top. Wrap it up. Put into a baking dish.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Sprinkle pancakes with hard cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
