Cabbage rolls are an ideal option for a budget dinner for the whole family. But to save time, you don't need to boil cabbage. You can use a much simpler technology.
The idea of making juicy lazy cabbage rolls for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna Tymoshenko (anna. timoshenko13). The dishes are very juicy.
Ingredients:
- minced meat - 800 g
- dry rice - 150 g
- young cabbage, half a head of cabbage
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrot - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- flour - 1 tbsp
- salt, spices
- oil for frying
- water - 0.5 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan until soft.
2. Add the chopped cabbage and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, pre-boiled rice and vegetables.
4. Add salt and spices: black pepper and dry garlic.
5. Knead and shape the cabbage rolls.
6. Place on a baking sheet.
7. For the filling, mix the tomato paste, sour cream, flour, salt and water.
8. Stir and pour over the cabbage rolls.
9. Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
