The Four Cheese pizza is the most popular. Thin, delicate dough and lots of cheese toppings – what could be better? It is very easy to make this cheese pizza at home, and it will turn out no worse than in a restaurant.
The recipe for a cheese pizza made from yeast dough was published in one of the culinary blogs (recepti_dariko) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- yeast - 1 p
- water - 1 glass
- flour - 2.5-3 glasses
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1.2 tbsp
- oil - 2 tbsp.
The filling:
- cream cheese - 150 g
- hard cheese (something like parmesan)
- mozzarella
- cheese with mold (originally gorgonzola)
Method of preparation:
1. Preparation of the dough. Pour yeast with warm water and sugar, mix well.
2. Add some flour and salt. Mix well. Immediately add the butter and the rest of the flour. Knead the dough and put it in a greased bowl. (You can also put the dough in the oven to prove.)
3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Mash the cream cheese with a fork, cut the rest of the cheese into cubes, and grate the Parmesan cheese.
4. Divide the dough into three parts. Pull each one out by hand and place on a baking sheet.
5. Grease the creature with cream cheese, sprinkle with other cheeses.
6. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 10 minutes on pizza mode.
