Summer panzanella: what to make for a light and original Italian salad

Panzanella is a delicious, light, and easy-to-prepare Tuscan summer salad based on tomatoes, onions, and breadcrumbs. But to add summer motifs to the dish, culinary experts advise replacing tomatoes with nectarines, for example, which go perfectly with prosciutto.
The chef shared a recipe for a delicious panzanella on Instagram, which will become a real table decoration.
Ingredients:
- Bread (ciabatta, baguette or any other white bread)
- Garlic
- Dried basil
- Olive oil
- Red onion
- Olives
- Fresh basil
- Narsharab (pomegranate sauce) or wine vinegar
- Tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the bread into cubes, drizzle with oil, garlic and spices, and dry in the oven.
2. Chop the tomatoes, onions, olives, put them on a dish, pour the sauce over them and top with the breadcrumbs.
