Successful pork chops: soft, juicy and crispy
Chops are a hot meat dish that goes well with all side dishes. To make them soft, juicy, and tender, experienced cooks advise to salt the meat overnight, and then only beat it off. And, of course, cook the chops in batter – it plays an important role.
The recipe for successful pork chops was published in one of the culinary blogs (hotuyte_ta_smakuyte) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- pork
- eggs
- flour
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pork into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
2. In the morning you will need to beat the meat well with a kitchen hammer on both sides.
3. After that, beat the egg with salt and your favorite spices.
4. Dip the chops first in flour, then in egg.
5. Fry the chops.
