Mimosa stuffed eggs combine two dishes at once: a popular salad and a delicious appetizer. They will decorate any festive table, and they are prepared very quickly and from affordable ingredients.

The recipe for Mimosa stuffed eggs was published on one of the culinary blogs (Luda Easy Cook Ukrainian Chef) on YouTube.

Ingredients:

  • boiled eggs - 8 pcs.
  • tuna in oil - 80 g
  • hard cheese (cheddar in the recipe) - 80 g
  • green onions - 20 g
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
  • salt and pepper
  • dill

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Take a few yolks and two whole eggs for the filling, leave the rest of the yolks for decoration.

2. Grate the yolks and two eggs for the filling.

3. Also grate the hard cheese, chop the onion.

4. Mix yolks, eggs, cheese, onion and tuna. Season with mayonnaise and mix.

5. Fill the egg whites with the resulting filling.

6. Grease the eggs with mayonnaise, garnish with grated yolks and dill.
