Ingredients:

• flour - 280 g
• milk - 160 ml
• butter - 200 g
• sugar - 250-300 g
• vanilla sugar - 10 g
• eggs - 3 pcs.
• salt - 1/3 tsp.
• baking powder - 2 tsp.

For the filling:

• strawberries - 500 g (apricots and apples can be used)

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt to the eggs and beat, then add sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until white and fluffy.

2️. Add the melted butter at room temperature to the eggs, milk, and then beat with a mixer.

3️. Add the baking powder to the flour and sift into the total mass, mix with a mixer until smooth.

4. Pour into a baking dish covered with parchment and put the strawberries on top or put the strawberries first and pour the batter over.

5️. Bake the cake at 190 degrees for 50-60 minutes. After baking, the cake should cool to room temperature and can be eaten.
