If you want to cook potatoes in an unusual way, don't fry them to preserve their beneficial properties, but rather bake them. For a bright flavor, add herbs, spices, garlic, cheeses, and aromatic oils.

  • Potatoes - 200 g

  • Basil - 300 g
Fresh basil
  • Walnuts - 80 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and boil the potatoes in salted water until half cooked.

2. Then put the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil, bake until golden brown.

3. Sauce: put basil, walnuts, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil in a blender and whisk until smooth.
