Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 2-2.5 tbsp
- butter – 50 g
- milk – 6 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
- flour – 120 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- vanilla – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Rub the cottage cheese.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add the cottage cheese, melted butter, and milk, and mix well.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of vanilla to the dough and knead the dough, leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
4. Put 1 tbsp of batter on a preheated waffle iron.
5. Sprinkle the waffles with powdered sugar and serve!
