Simple and quick zucchini rolls with a delicious filling

Juicy young zucchini is a great base for a variety of simple appetizers. One of the most popular is rolls with cheese and garlic. The dish is quite light but hearty.
The idea of cooking basic zucchini rolls was published on the page of food blogger Yulia (yuliia_masiuk) on Instagram. Be sure to blot the fried zucchini with a napkin.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- flour - 4 tbsp.
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- soft cheese - 200 g
- processed cheese - 2 tbsp
- sour cream - 1-2 tbsp
- a few cloves of garlic
- dill
- medium tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini lengthwise.
2. Season with salt and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Mix eggs and flour with smoked paprika in separate bowls.
4. Dip zucchini in flour, then in eggs and fry until golden on both sides.
5. Put the fried zucchini on a plate and blot the excess oil with a napkin.
6. For the filling, mix grated cheese, processed cheese, sour cream, herbs and garlic.
7. Smear the already cold zucchini with 1 tsp of the cheese filling, put a slice of tomato and roll it up.
8. Put the rolls in the refrigerator from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
