Sardine pie: a very quick recipe

Do you need to make dinner but have neither the time nor the inclination to stand at the stove for a long time? Then the recipe for a sardine pie is exactly what you need.
The recipe for this pie was shared by a food blogger with the nickname tania_sheremet_. On Instagram, she explained how to make the dough for the pie and spend just one minute on it.
Ingredients:
- Sour cream 10% – 200 gr
- Mayonnaise – 200 gr
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Flour – 200 gr
- Baking powder – 10 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- Sardines – 1 can
- Onion – 1 pc
- Sugar – ½ tsp
- Apple cider vinegar – 2 tsp
- Boiled eggs – 2 pcs
- Dill
Method of preparation:
1. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and eggs in a bowl.
2. Add the baking powder to the sifted flour and mix.
3. Mix the dry ingredients with the sour cream and egg mixture.
4. Cut the onion into cubes, add sugar and apple cider vinegar, and set aside to marinate.
5. Drain all the liquid from the canned meat and chop it with a fork.
6. Finely chop the eggs and dill.
7. Grease the bottom and walls of the mold with vegetable oil, and pour half of the dough.
8. Marinate the onion with a mixture of sugar and apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes.
9. Top with sardines, eggs, pickled onions, and dill.
10. Pour the second part of the dough, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
11. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees. Let the cake cool slightly in the mold.
