  • sunflower oil
  • salt, spices

Method of preparation:

1. Wash carrots thoroughly. Mix them with spices and oil whole. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Put the carrots on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

  • frozen baby carrots or regular carrots
  • salt, pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • olive oil

  • honey

1. Pour boiling water over carrots and boil for 2-3 minutes.

2. Melt butter with olive oil in a frying pan.

3. Add the carrots to the pan. Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer over high heat.

4. After the carrots are well fried, add honey. Cook for another 1 minute.

5. Add sesame seeds when you are done cooking. Let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
