Lightly salted cucumbers are ideal for fried meat and fish. They can even be served simply with sausage and pasta. These vegetables are much easier to prepare than any salad, and remain crispy and flavorful.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 400 g
- dill
- oil - 2 tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tbsp
- garlic - 3 cloves
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into 4 pieces.
2. Place in a bag.
3. Add garlic, dill, oil, vinegar and salt.
4. Tie the bag.
5. Shake well.
6. Leave in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
