Fresh cucumbers can be used to make delicious and light salads, as well as snacks and even drinks. They can also be canned, salted, and pickled.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious lightly salted cucumbers with vinegar, garlic, and herbs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of cucumbers
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1-2 tbsp of vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 1/2 head of garlic
  • 3 tbsp of herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the cucumbers into 4 pieces.

2. Put in a bag, add salt, oil, vinegar, finely chopped garlic and herbs.

3. Stir and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
