Lazy walnut muffin without a mixer: be sure to prepare for tea
If you need something quick to make for tea, make this walnut muffin. The dough for this dessert is as simple as possible because you don't even need a mixer. The pastries are very fluffy and soft.
The idea of making a lazy walnut cake without a mixer was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina cooking. In addition to nuts, add raisins.
Ingredients:
- sugar – 180 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- oil – 100 ml
- flour – 260 g
- milk – 200 ml
- baking powder – 15-20 g
- vanilla sugar – 2 tsp
- raisins – 60 g
- nuts – 120 g
Method of preparation:
1. Put 3 eggs in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and mix again.
3. Add milk and oil and mix again.
4. Add baking powder to the flour and sift through a sieve to the other ingredients.
5. Mix everything with a whisk.
6. Next, grind the nuts in a blender, add to the dough along with the raisins, and mix.
7. Grease the mold with oil or butter.
8. Pour the batter into it and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Take the finished cupcake out of the mold as soon as it has cooled.
