How to make the perfect thin pizza dough: the right technology
Pizza is a dish that almost everyone loves. It can be made from different doughs, with different toppings and sauces. It is very important to make a thin, elastic dough so that it bakes well and quickly.

Important: to make the pizza puffy, leave it for 10-15 minutes before baking!
Ingredients:
- warm water – 200 ml
- sugar – 1 tsp
- flour – 350 g
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- dry yeast – 6 g
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, mix.
2. Separately, combine the flour and salt, add the wet ingredients, and knead the sticky dough.
3, Add olive oil to the dough and knead until smooth for about 5 minutes. If the dough continues to stick, add more flour.
4. Grease a bowl with olive oil, put the dough in, and leave for 30-40 minutes until it doubles in size.
5. Divide the dough into two parts. On a floured parchment, roll out the dough into a circle the width of the parchment and form the sides with your hands.
6. Toppings: ketchup, cottage cheese, tomato, mozzarella, corn, olives, sausage, cheese. Put the toppings on the dough and let stand for 10-15 minutes before baking, it must be loose.
7. Put the pizza on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20-30 minutes.
