How to make pizza with cheese sides: an original recipe
There are many ways to make the popular pizza. But even so, it can be prepared in a new way, namely with delicious cheese sides. This method of cooking makes the dry and hard sides, which are usually never finished, juicy and moderately crispy.
Food blogger Yana Lazarenko (yanika.lazarenko) shared a recipe for pizza with cheese sides on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- milk – 240 ml
- wet yeast – 30 g\dry yeast – 10 g
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- sugar – 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
- flour – 400 g
The filling:
- cream cheese for cakes
- chicken fillet – 1 half
- tomatoes
- cheese
- semolina – 2 tbsp
Sauce:
- vegetable oil – 20 ml
- butter – 20 g
- cream – 100 ml
- Italian herbs
- garlic – 2 cloves
- cheese – 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, mix warm milk with yeast, salt and sugar. Stir well.
2. Add the oil and flour. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
3. For the sauce, mix the oil and butter, cream, and garlic chopped through a press in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Add herbs and grated cheese. Stir and remove from heat. Cool.
5. For the filling, cut and fry the fillet.
6. Also chop the tomatoes, and grate the cheese.
7. Roll out the finished dough and place it on a baking sheet.
8. For the cheese side, spread the sides with cream cheese and wrap it inward in the form of a side.
9. Grease the pizza with sauce and put the filling in.
10. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
