Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500 g
- boiled rice - 300 g
- carrot - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- cabbage - half a whole (400 g)
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- salt and spices - to taste
- chicken broth (water)
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the rice.
2. Chop onion, cabbage, grate carrots.
2. Put onions and carrots in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
3. Sauté over low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Put the cabbage in a skillet with the onions and carrots and sauté for 10 minutes.
5. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, rice, sautéed onions, carrots and cabbage.
6. Add half a teaspoon of salt and spices.
7. Mix well with your hands.
