How to make homemade juice lokum: just three ingredients

Homemade lokum is traditionally made from berries, fruit, and even juice. This dessert is quite affordable and budget-friendly. The main advantage is that you don't need to bake the lokum, because all the ingredients freeze perfectly in the refrigerator. It can also be stored for a long time.
The recipe for orange lokum was published on one of the cooking blogs (we_eat_at_home_) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- orange juice – 400 ml
- sugar – 50 g
- corn starch – 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the juice into a saucepan, adding all the sugar and starch at once. Mix everything with a whisk.
2. Put the saucepan on a small fire. Stirring with a whisk, cook until thickened.
3. Grease the molds with butter. Pour the orange mixture into them. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Roll the finished lokum in starch and powder.
