Semolina is a childhood dish that adults also love. The most important thing when cooking it is to make it lump-free. For an unusual taste, you can add spices, seeds, berries and fruits.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared an original recipe for semolina with hemp oil on his website, and the taste and aroma of the dish will definitely surprise you.
To begin with, it's worth noting that to prevent semolina from burning, cook it in a thick-bottomed pan. And for a rich flavor, choose milk with at least 2.5% fat content. The ideal proportions of porridge are 6 tbsp of semolina per 1 liter of liquid.
Ingredients:
- semolina - 100 g
- milk - 500 ml
- hemp oil - 2 tbsp.
- hemp or flaxseed - 2 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the semolina into a saucepan and fry until golden brown.
2. Pour in the milk and cook to the desired consistency, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes.
3. Add salt and pepper and stir.
4. Pour the cooked porridge into a bowl, add hemp oil, and sprinkle with hemp or flax seeds.
