How to cook delicious buckwheat in a pan: it turns out very crumbly
To make something quick for lunch or dinner, you don't have to go to the trouble of buying a lot of food. There is buckwheat for such cases. It can be deliciously cooked with meat in a frying pan. However, the meat with onions and cream should be fried separately and then served with the cereal itself.

Ingredients:
- buckwheat
- meat
- onion
- water
- cream 20%
- salt, spices

Method of preparation:
1. Buckwheat pour into a frying pan and cover with water in a ratio of 1:2. Cook under the lid until tender.
2. Meanwhile, cut the onion in half rings, cut the meat into pieces.
3. Fry the meat first, then add the onion. Fry until tender.

4. Lightly heat the cream with spices. Pour to the meat, and stir.
5. Pour a little water. Fry until combined.
6. Serve the finished buckwheat with meat.
