Delicious chicken wings can be cooked in a frying pan. You don't even need an oven. The main thing is to marinate the meat properly and make a delicious sauce for an appetizing crust.
The idea of cooking golden chicken wings in a frying pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Zhuk (nataliia_zhuk_cooking). It is delicious with a fresh spring salad.
Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 1 kg.
- salt and black pepper.
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- butter
- vegetable oil
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- mustard - 1 tbsp
- honey - 1 tbsp
- ketchup - 3 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Coca-Cola - 150 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the wings.
2. Cut them into 3 parts (discard the smallest part).
3. Put them in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, paprika and 2 cloves of garlic.
4. Mix well and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
5. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil and put the wings.
6. Fry them on both sides over medium heat until golden brown for about 4 minutes.
7. Mix soy sauce, a tablespoon of mustard, a tablespoon of honey, ketchup and salt.
8. Stir and pour it all over the wings.
9. Also add about 150 milliliters of cola.
10. Cover and cook over low heat for about 30-40 minutes.
