Hearty cauliflower salad with cheese and garlic: 15 minutes to prepare
Cauliflower is an ideal vegetable for making pies, salads, mashed potatoes, and casseroles. It goes well with all vegetables, herbs, fish, and eggs.

Ingredients:
- cauliflower – 375 g
- tomatoes – 120 g
- hard cheese – 60 g
- garlic – 1 clove
- mayonnaise – 80 g
- parsley and arugula
- salt – 0.25 tsp
- ground black pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the cauliflower, cool.
2. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices.
3. Grate the garlic.
4. Wash and chop the greens.
5. Grate the cheese.
6. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add garlic, spices, and mayonnaise, mix, and serve the delicious salad.
