Ingredients:
- sweet pumpkin - 80-100 g
- sweet pear - 80-100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 100 g
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- cinnamon - 0.5-1 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the eggs, salt, cinnamon until smooth. Add the flour and baking powder, mix well with a whisk, pour in the oil, mix well to make the dough look like thick sour cream.
2. Grate the pumpkin and pear on a fine grater or use an immersion blender to puree. Add to the dough and mix.
3. Pour the batter into the molds and bake the muffins in a preheated 180°C oven for 35 minutes.
