Greek salad in a new way: what not to add so as not to spoil the taste
One of the simplest, most delicious vegetable salads is Greek. Feta cheese, herbs, and olive oil give the dish its delicate flavor. But it can also be prepared differently, you just need to add new unusual ingredients and spices, and remove the old ones.
Cook Anastasiia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious Greek salad without salt, which is very tasty, spicy, and light.
Tip: do not add salt to the salad, as the salty feta cheese will give the dish its flavor.
Ingredients:
- cucumber – 1 pc
- tomatoes – 10 pcs
- bell pepper – 1/2 pc
- red onion – 1/2 pc
- feta cheese – 150 g
- pitted olives – 12-15 pcs
- olive oil – 1-2 tsp
- Oregano – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the vegetables into medium pieces.
2. Cut the onion into half rings.
3. Large cubed cheese.
4. Put the vegetables in a bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with oregano, and add cheese and olives.
