Ingredients for the dough

  • Flour - 200 gr
  • Butter - 100 gr
  • Egg yolk - 4 pcs
  • Sugar - 60 gr
  • Baking powder - 6 g
  • Salt - a pinch

Ingredients for the filling

  • Strawberries - 100 g
  • Raspberries - 100 g
  • Black currant - 50 g
  • Billberries - 50 g
  • Sugar - 60 g
  • Corn starch - 20 g

Ingredients for the glaze

  • Egg yolk - 1 pc
  • Milk - 1 tbsp

The way of preparation

1.Prepare the dough. Mix the yolks with sugar.

2. Mix the flour with salt and baking powder.

3. Grate the frozen butter into a bowl with the flour. Make crumbs.

4. Add the egg yolks and sugar to the crumbs and knead the dough.

5. Wrap 1/3 of the dough in cling film and put it in the freezer.

6. Wrap the remaining dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

7. Prepare the filling. Put the berries in a saucepan. Mix sugar with starch and add to the berries. Stir well.

8. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and then cook for another 20-30 seconds. Transfer the resulting mass to a bowl and let it cool.

9. Roll out the refrigerated dough between two sheets of parchment into a circle 23-24 cm in diameter.

10. Remove the parchment and transfer the dough to the mold. Cut off the rest of the dough.

11. Spread and smooth the filling.

12. Grate the dough that was in the freezer over the filling.

13. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 175 degrees.

14. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
