Grated apple jam pie in a hurry: a recipe for the simplest dough

Apples and applesauce are considered the most successful filling for various pastries and pies. One of them is grated pie. Shortbread dough for this dessert is very easy to prepare, it does not stick to your hands, it is quite dense, and bakes well. And in combination with the flavorful filling, you get a divine treat for tea or coffee.
Food blogger Lilia (lileklilek2) shared a recipe for grated pie with homemade apple jam on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- flour - 400 g
- butter - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 100 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- vanilla
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cold butter with flour until crumbly.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients separately and beat lightly with a fork.
3. Mix the liquid ingredients with the crumbs and quickly knead the dough.
4. Spread 2\3 parts of the dough evenly in the mold, forming the sides. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Put the rest of the dough in the freezer.
5. Take out the cooled dough mold and put the thick apple jam inside.
6. Grate the dough that was in the freezer on top of the pie.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
