Chicken fillet is an ideal product for making cutlets, chops, salads, and meatballs for children. It can also be used to make barbecue, baked, stewed with vegetables and sauces.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 800 g
- Canned pineapples - 1 can (360 g of pineapple + 200 g of syrup)
- Tomato paste - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Hot pepper - to taste
- Ginger - 10 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce - 100 g
- Potato starch
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces.
2. Season with salt and pepper and roll in starch.
3. Heat a frying pan, add oil and fry the meat well until golden brown, but do not cook it until it is done, as it will still need to be stewed.
4. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
5. Cut the pineapple into medium slices.
3. Fry the garlic and ginger for about a minute, add the tomato paste. Fry for another minute.
4. Add soy sauce, pineapple syrup, and hot pepper if desired. Stir until smooth, put the fillets in the sauce, add the pineapples. Cover and simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
