Cottage cheese casserole is a quick home-baking option. It is very tasty in summer to add seasonal fruits: peach, and blueberry. And to make the texture of the dough fluffy and tender, add semolina to the cottage cheese dough.
The idea of making a cottage cheese puff pastry was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasiia (sunflower.uaa).
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (fat) – 700 g
- eggs – 4 pcs
- semolina – 120 g
- honey – 33 g
- vanilla sugar – 5 g
- peaches – 3 pcs (+1 for decoration)
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Beat cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, honey, and vanilla sugar in a blender until smooth.
3. Dice 3 peaches and add to the whipped mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and garnish with berries if desired (peaches and blueberries are delicious).
5. Put the mass in the oven for 60 minutes (check for doneness with a wooden stick).
